Apparition Music Policies

We ask only for the information we need to send you your music and to contact you should the shipment go astray.

For this we need your name, address, phone number, and email address.

This information will never be shared with anyone else.

We do not receive any of your financial information such as credit card numbers or banking details.
This is all handled by Paypal.

We ship by First Class Air-Mail, and you should receive your music within 14 days from the date of your order.

We guarantee our CDs and downloads.
Should you receive a defective CD, if your shipment is damaged in the mail, or if you have difficulty with a download purchase, we will fix the problem promptly.
